Advanced Sales features are included in all editions of Sage CRM SalesLogix with the exception of the Sage CRM SalesLogix Sales Edition. Advanced Sales includes a wide variety of features which enhance sales management within Sage CRM SalesLogix.
Advanced Sales Features
Forecasting
Forecasting enables sales managers to see the impact of competitors, lead sources, various industries, product lines, and many other variables on the sales pipeline. Using queries and filters, managers can quickly select the information important to them and view it in a variety of chart formats. Analyze revenue potential by region, territory, salesperson, product and more.

Graphical Forecasting
Accurately analyze the revenue potential in your sales pipeline with graphical forecasting.

Manage Sales Goals
Manage and track sales goals and commissions for your sales team. Sales data is available if you have integrated your accounting software with Sage CRM SalesLogix.

Processes Automate Tasks
Automated processes help you perform repetitive tasks, implement sales processes, and provide an automated way of following up with customers. Processes are attached to contacts to guide you through a series of tasks. You could establish a process to guide you through qualifying a prospect, for example. Such a process could schedule a literature request, then a follow up phone call, etc. As you complete an activity that is part of a process, the next step is triggered.

Sales Order And Quotes
Create sales orders and quotes for your Accounts. Any number of sales orders can be associated with an account or opportunity. Products may be added to a sales order from your own product list, or copied from an existing opportunity. When the order is closed, you can quickly add the items to the account’s Products tab in the Sage CRM SalesLogix Support system, eliminating the need to reenter products sold. Preview and print both reports and orders.

RMA Management
Create and manage Return Material Authorizations to accept returned products from a customer for replacement, refund, or credit. Associate a defect with an RMA for additional tracking purposes.

Advanced Lookup
Advanced Lookups allow you to search several fields simultaneously. In this type of lookup, you select whether to use account, contact or opportunity information, then enter the criteria into the fields of the Advanced Lookup view. The lookup produces a list of accounts, contacts, or opportunities that contain matching information. For example, you can search for accounts in California with a specific SIC code and credit rating. Save the results of your lookup as a group.
