Sage CRM SalesLogix Calendar and Activites
The powerful Sage CRM SalesLogix calendar feature offers a Day, Week, Month, and Year of your scheduled activities and events. Easily recall full details of each activity and make any necessary edits. Be alerted to upcoming activities and note the completion of tasks, complete with notes of the transaction.
Main Features
Activity Manager
The Sage CRM SalesLogix Activity Manager alerts you to overdue and new activities that you have yet to confirm. The Activity Manager automatically tracks your activities. If any of your activities are overdue or in need of confirmation, the Activity Manager will be displayed when you open Sage CRM SalesLogix Sales. If an activity is overdue, you can postpone it to the next day by selecting a check box on the Activity Manager.

Outlook Integration
If you prefer to use the Outlook calendar, a simple configuration option enables the Outlook calendar to display within Sage CRM SalesLogix.

Color Coded For Impact
Activities that are past due or due within the next 12 hours show in red. Those that are scheduled for more than 12 hours in the future display in black.

Scheduling Activities
You may schedule activities from anywhere within Sage CRM SalesLogix. Indicate the date and time, as well as the contact, account, and opportunity associated with the activity. If you schedule while accessing a contact or account, the contact and account information is filled in for you. Indicate whether an alarm should be set, and the lead-time for the alarm.

Edit/Delete/Complete Activities
You may edit, delete, and complete your activities. A note section records details of the change. Your calendar can display both active and completed activities.

Calendar View: Elect to view your calendar by day, week, month, or year.
