Create custom campaigns for your target groups. Market to all contacts, or a selected group. Target a campaign at a specific list of contacts, such as trade show contacts.
Track actual versus potential responses, actual cost and sales amounts, and campaign budgets. See which campaigns work for your business, and change those that don’t. Graphical reports and tables show your response rates and sales revenues associated with each campaign.
Track Resulting Opportunties
Easily view opportunities resulting from each campaign, their status and sales potential. You can also create an Opportunity and then associate a campaign with that opportunity.
Associate Products With Opportunities
Maintain a listing of products and their associated cost and price structures to be used as a forecasting tool.
Keep Contact Record Updated
As your campaign is launched, a record is added to each targeted contact’s Campaign tab, enabling you to quickly identify which marketing efforts you have applied to each contact.
Track Campaign Responses
Collect response data, including response date and method. Track prospects’ responses as they are added to your customer database. For existing customers, simply track the date and call to action they’re responding to.
Create and associate tasks with your campaigns For example, Write Ad Copy could be an initial campaign task. For each task, track owner, costs, due date, and date completed.
Associate Processes With Campaigns
Graphically configure and assign custom processes to a group of prospects, and the follow-up tasks you assign are scheduled automatically. Sage CRM SalesLogix can even automatically assign leads to your sales team for follow-up calls.
Do Not Solicit Option
A Do Not Solicit option is available for each Contact allowing you to honor these contacts’ request.
