Your support issues are handled on a priority basis, superseding support calls from non-subscribers. Timeliness is always a concern, and you can rely on a speedy response to your issue. With the Gold Support plan, we guarantee a two-hour* callback response. Is budgeting a concern? With our Gold Support plan; your costs are fixed annually. One fee covers any problems that you may experience with MAS 90 or MAS 200, you will only be charged for new work or training.

Block Support Provides Low Cost Flexibility
Our Block Support plan allows you to pre-purchase blocks of support time. These blocks are available in 5, 10, and 25-hour increments. The hours never expire, and you may use your time for any fee-based service Eagle offers. Telephone support, on-site support, consulting, report writing are all services covered by our Block Support plan. If you are looking for an easy, flexible way to handle your Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 support needs, Block Support may fit the way you do business.

What’s not covered: Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 software maintenance costs from Sage Software, Inc. The Gold Support plan excludes new work or consulting, hardware, operating systems software or training.

What’s required: the current version of Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 installed, and modem or Internet access to your software by Eagle personnel.

The cost of the Gold Support plan is based on the number of Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 modules, add-on software products, the number of active Sage MAS 90 companies, and the number of custom Crystal Reports your company uses.
